I did a run on Saturday, it showed in the app at the time, however it is currently not showing. Logged onto my dashboard on the web and it is showing there. Run I did on Monday is showing correctly in both app and web dashboard.
I am not noticing any other exercises missing.
Run was recorded on my Charge 5 and synced at the time with no issues. Also run from monday is showing the missing run in Recent tab.
Anyone know how to get the run dat back into the app

Thank you for the explanation. It seems to be a display issue on the Fitbit app. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Try on the Fitbit app to log out and back into your account. That way all data of your account will be loaded on the app once again.

Thanks for trying out the steps outlined above. Do the exercises show up on the online dashboard? When did this start happening? Do you happen to know which app version do you have installed? Try deleting the app and installing it again, no data will be lost. Everything is stored in our servers.
