I got a Fit bit flex 2 for Christmas and it has been working great however today it don't not track my 30 min walk/run this is the first time this has happened can anyone tell me why?

Hello @Fleamo422, thank you for joining to our Fitbit Community. If your activity with SmartTrack was not recorded on your Dashboard, make sure you have assigned specific times for each activity on your trackers settings. You can lower the default time for walk/run to make more easy your tracker detects this activity.
To review this you can go to your Exercise Tile (Marked with Weekly exercise) > Look for the Gear icon in left upper corner to access to each exercise time.
Also make sure your tracker has successfully sync with your Fitbit account, sometimes may present a bit of delay to display your activities or load your information depending of the Internet seep of your phone. You can try by force quiting the app or by restarting your app to correct this.
