When I click the icon for exercise my Fitbit vibrates and flicks fast then restarts ??? It won't track... anyone have this problem.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your Fitbit device is behaving in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Which Fitbit device you're currently using? This occurs with any exercise from the Exercise shortcuts? In the meantime I receive your answer, please restart your device to refresh its performance.
