Exercise tile on Fitbit App on Android phone

Since yesterday, Thursday Sept 5 2024, the exercise tile seems to have stopped tracking the exercises, even when the Charge 6 started and ended the tracking.  Today the exercise tile on the Fitbit App (on Android) is blinking grey and does not show anything.  I've opened a case with the support team and they tried to walk me through disconnecting the bluetooth, restarting the Charge 6, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on the Android, but still this issue persists.

Any other solutions?  Anything I can be walked through?  Or probably a server issue?

There is a problem on the Fitbit side. I looked at the Fitbit Status Dashboard website and saw that there was an issue with the Web API starting around the beginning of September. This impacts data syncing and is apparently the reason why we're having problems with seeing our exercise data in the Fitbit app. The current status is still showing the Web API issue as of today, 06 Sep 2024. So, they must still be working on fixing the problem.

Please be patient. I'll keep checking the status daily. Hopefully, it won't be too much longer before it's fixed and we see all our exercise data again.

I haven't seen a timeline for the fix.

I checked the Status dashboard today and the Web API issue is still showing.

They released a software update earlier in September. Maybe this caused the outages. How do you or I contact the company

Two new software updates 25.01 and 25.02 and still not fixed this is over a week now and still no timeline.  Id suggest raising a case via chat/phone, I have raised a fault which they keep trying to close it but the more people that report the issue the better.

Facing still same problem. I have sense. Daily exercices is grey.
