Hi @Outback12 and warm welcome to the community. 

I appreciate your message regarding the step based exercises, and it's tracking through the Fitbit App. 

Your Fitbit device recognizes activities at least 15 minutes long. You can manage which activities are tracked automatically or adjust the minimum duration.
