Experiencing syncing issues

This is getting ridiculous.... Never syncs... Like pulling teeth.  I have the most up to day version, location and BT are on... This is getting really old.

 

Considering getting rid of it all together.  Any last had fixes other than calling them?  I spend enough time trying to get this to work... Why can't things just do what they are supposed to.

Hello @Cmotta,welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I can understand your frustration with this subject. I'm wondering which brand of mobile phone you have, one of the things that can influence failing in the syncing process is a phone not listed as compatible. Now I was reading you have tried different solutions for this issue, but I'm wondering what have you tried? I know you have make sure to have all the requirement for syncing so as matter of review I would like to recommend the following post for you to check if there is any additional steps to try: Having trouble syncing?
