Export PDF of ECG results is not working

This problem was brought up almost two years ago (November 2022), but the suggestions didn't work for me, and that topic is closed.

I'm trying to export the ECG results from my Sense using the app's "Export PDF for your provider", but the download never happens. I don't get a spinning object or anything showing progress, nor any error messages. The Download screen just sits there until I move on from it. And I never get the notification of the download completion, nor do I see anything in my recent downloads for the date I tried.

I've got a Pixel 6a running the latest Android update, and the latest app revision, from 9/11/24, updated today, but I had the exact same results yesterday, from whatever revision of the app I had then. My Sense has the latest firmware as of today. From the forum suggestions back in 2022, I logged out and cleared the Fitbit app cache, then logged back in. No joy there.

What else could I try?

Well, I'm going to mark this problem as "solved". I haven't done anything more since my original post, but today the downloads are working fine, at least 2 for 2. I suppose if someone has any insight on why it didn't work as described for the two days prior, but today it's good, I'd be happy and thankful to store it in my memory for future issues.
