FITBIT ZIP will not connect or sync to the new Samsung S10+. When will my new device be supported?

When will FITBIT support the new Samsung S10+?  I just got my phone and now have no means or method to track my daily progress....  Need this new device added to the supported devices please.

I'm having the same problem, I just got off the phone with customer service and they told me the phone is too new and it won't sync yet. Supposedly they're working on it and it should be syncing soon but no idea as to when.
