FOUND IT! But noting further

I recently hard reset my versa as it would not sync to my Sony Xperia XZ2. Now when trying to setup for the "first" time. I get the "Found it!" and the connecting but each time the connection times out. Have tried it dozens of time now. Anyone have any suggestions?

@SunsetRunner, have you opened the phone's Bluetooth settings, and deleted the old Fitbit connections? That is often the problem.
