I messed up and incorrectly put in my weight wrong.. which won me the lost 150 lbs badge... and goal met badge... I reset my goals recently due to an inconsistent 2019... and it would be nice to accurately record badges/trophies now.

What an unhelpful and useless response.
This was a feature that was had in the past.
Now you've reduced features while maintaining price. Wonder where else y'all are cutting corners.

Similar issue here. A few years ago I gave my old fit bit to someone else. They changed the user info but not the email. So here I get a pleasant surprise when I purchase my new fitbit watch and it had this other person's data. So when I added my weight it gave me a lot of badges and trophies that do not apply to me. My data is all heavily skewed now.
Awesome, so they used to allow us to reset a person's data and now you've taken away the feature and expect us to add the "new idea" to the forum?!
Just ugh
I just unboxed it and I'm mad and already want to send it back

@StarfishK Hi there. Thank you for the details mentioned.
Your feedback is appreciated, we're always striving to improve our services offered. When giving your Fitbit to someone else, it's recommended to reset it and create a new account, this to ensure that the data doesn't mix up.
In this case, it's recommended to create a new account as it's not possible to reset the account's data.
Thank you for your understanding. Hope this helps.
