Feedback about Versa 2 - My personal experience

Just got a Versa 2  after reading some positive reviews.  Step counting is horrible, and I did not realize that is just how it is on Fitbits after reading the forums here.  I sincerely wish I had read these before I purchased this.


Secondly, as mentioned on another thread, cannot install Fitbit Find My Phone because of some incompatibility even though my Fitbit App on the Phone and the Fitbit Firmware itself are completely up to date.

Every app has low reviews, are buggy, and every decent clock face costs money.   Location is slow and inaccurate.  I cannot overstate how underwhelming this experience has been right out of the box.  Will be returning

Sorry you are having problems with your new Fitbit, @devinnnyc. Fortunately that has not been my experience with the various Fitbit devices I have had over the years.  Best of luck with whatever replacement fitness tracker you choose.
