Is anyone else having issues opening or using the female health tracker on the Android app?
Each time I try to open that section it stops the app, force closes the whole thing and I have to reopen the app. I am unable to edit or add any information.
I have an 'approved phone,' the moto z. I have tried restarting the app, I even uninstalled it and then reinstalled it on my phone because it's been over two weeks since it has allowed me to use it.
I'm quite annoyed as I deleted another female health app when I received my Fitbit thinking I could consolidate space, but this one seems poorly designed.
Guess I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem or could help me resolve it? Also curious if the female health section has been a common problem with these in the past, as this is my first Fitbit. It may be returned as it's still under warranty and not exactly living up to expectations.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

This sounds like you may be affected by an ongoing bug that fitbit are investigating. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are making updates:
It's in the iOS app section of the community but there are posts there that suggest it's happening with the android app too.

Ah, thank you Steve for your quick reply!
I'm new to this community and I didn't even know there was a whole section for female health tracking! I had searched the charge 3 board but didn't see anything and didn't realize there were other specific boards. I appreciate your feedback and direction and will keep an eye on that thread!
Thanks again!
