Fibtit charge/charge HR bands send bluetooth disconnect to andriod phones

Phones Used : Pixel / Nexus 6P running Andriod 7.0 release

Issue with : fitbit Charge /Charge HR bands

 

keeping in mind that there is no user impact here when connecting to fibtit charge/charge HR bands seen on andriod UI . When connecting to charge/charge HR bands using pixel phone/ Nexus running android 7.0 (Noguat) for first time, we observed that band issues a  Bluetooth disconnect twice ( then reconnects and maintians bluetooth connection )  , We observed those disconnections on phone side (andiord logcat). fibit bluetooth team please look into this .

I think there are known Fitbit sync issues with Android 7.0, @BT_EXPERT, which Fitbit is working on. But, be aware that Fitbit support, techs, and engineers do not read/reply to these forums - the Community is for Fitbit users to exchange information with other users.
