Did you mean:

First, "Tracker not found", now just never syncing

So my Fitbit 2 stopped uploading at 1 pm yesterday. "Tracker Not Found," my Samsung cell phone said. I restarted the phone, updated the app, and still, nothing different until about 6 tonight. Now, now it's just syncing, syncing, syncing...

I am freaking out because my Fitbit 2 has become a part of my life. I find myself checking my stats all day. I have trophys from defeating my friends in challenges and have suffered the agony of last minute defeats.

Help!!!!!

Have you tried resetting the tracker, you won't lose data.

Is your phone in supported devices list?

If not.. forget it and try to get your money back.

If yes.. just try to return it anyway, because compatible phones are over 1 year old models and there is no estimate when new phone models will ever be supported. Maybe never.

I just returned 2 Fitbit products, bought Mi Band 2 (cheap) and they work perfectly for me, my wife and daughter.

When reading this community, it seems like very normal.. that units stops working or they don't work correctly and everything has has just one answer: Check supported devices list.

If phone is in list then you might have some hope.. but if not, then nothing can help you (except getting same info from support 'check supported devices list' looping over and over again..) and you just were extreme lucky Fitbit ever worked and should be now very happy user.

Sorry about sarcasm..
