I clicked on the Fitbit Help and did everything it listed and did a factory reset on my phone, which was a bummer. I followed all the instructions to the T. I have a fitbit Charge 2, which worked perfectly fine. Then i upgraded to the blaze. Everything is working except my text message, calendar and email notification. When someone calls me i have tap on the display. I see their name but i can't even answer it on my blaze, it doesn't give me an option to accept or reject call.
Seriously, I spent all this money not to have certain items work on my blaze. I got the music to work, but that is not important. I'm very disappointed. Please help. I literally followed every instructions on the HELP article for the blaze. I never had any issues with my Garmin or Samsung watch. This is not cool. If anyone have any suggestions on how to get the notifications to work properly on the blaze, please let me know

I don't use notifications on my Blaze but I found this help file that suggests that you can only accept or reject calls if you are using an iPhone:

I have tried everything in the help guide. The link you sent below, i have already tried. Like i said, i have tried everything. I factory reset my phone and still didn't work. Oh well, back to my Charge 2. Thanks
