I received a fit bit (charge) for my brithday on the 1st March from my daughters. It was orignally working fine and tracking all of my information well. However In the last few days my active minutes caluculation has been quite considerably incorrect and I have been uanble to connect it to my Phone ( Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini.) I have treid uninstalling it from my phone and resarting all devices but this has not worked. I have treid resetting the Fit bit by plugging it into charge and holidng down the button but this has also failed to work. To check it wasnt my phone, my duaghter installed the app and tried to connect it to her device using her log in details bt this also failed to work. It says that the device has synced but there is no information present of the phone except for the calories burnt and the value on the phone is also different to the vale on the fit bit itself. I was just wondeing if there are any furher suggestions about how to fix this probelm or who else to contact if I cant fix it ?

Welcome to the Community Forums @NIgelWilliams ! Hmmm..very strange let me say sweetie, but I'd recommend trying the steps listed in the I can't sync my tracker article.
In case you've covered all of them, my best recommendation would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly so they can do a deeper investigation of this. Just don't forget to mention the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones.
