So I bought a subscription for fit bit coach, but it still says in the app I have none but in Google play it says I'm subscribed? I'm sure you didn't have the intent of ripping me off so can you help me out?

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Kyabou.
That sounds very frustrating. As a rule of thumb, I'd suggest logging out and then back in. Usually that helps me whenever an app or subscription is not loading up for me.
Additionally, do you get any sort of message to show up on the screen? If so, what does it say?
