Hello there, @Maryc93! Thanks for joining the community! In this case I can think of two things that accidentally happen sometimes. One could be that your tracker is not paired, it can disconnect from your account when you are near other Fitbit trackers or other bluetooth devices. If this is the case simply set it up again like you did the first time. Here are some Instructions to set up using Android devices. Number two could be that your sleep tile is hidden, in this case all you need to do is scroll down to very bottom of your dashboard and tap on "Show hidden".
