Suddenly my fit bit charge HR quit syncing. It is not even 3 months old ! How is this issue corrected???

I have a Fitbit one and was able to reset it. Sorry I don't know how the
alta works.

I have had the same problem and the tracker will ALSO not sync with my PC since August 3rd.  I'm at wits end.  Blue tooth does not pick up the tracker even at full charge.  tried to find where i could write a concern but was unable so I had to tag onto yours.  SorryI
