FitBit App is Not Reading Exercise Data From HealthConnect

I log my exercises with another app that writes to Health Connect. I've verified in Health Connect that the exercises are in fact recorded; however, Fitbit doesn't read this data and put it into the Exercise page like it does for auto-detected walks or runs.

It worked previously until I had to log out and force restart the app to resolve a different issue. After that, all of my previous exercise data disappeared and new data isn't being read now.

Hi, @DankTrainTom welcome to the community, may I suggest you check the Health Connect settings? From the "Today" screen in the Fitbit app on your phone touch the % icon in the top left>Health Connect>Health Connect On Today>ensure "Show data from Health Connect" is selected return x 2 & sync Health Connect.

Let us know how you get on by posting here again, it sometimes takes a little while to come through.

Cheers
