This is my 4th and final fitbit. I have yet to get 2 years out of a fitbit product before the device stops working or the plastic clip that holds the strap breaks making it now a pocket device. I've had HR HR charge 2, HR charge3, HR charge 4, and HR charge 5. Charged it last nite, and today, it doesn't record my stats. Resetting doesn't work. This charge 5 is 17 months in use, every day. Done with it.
