Fitbit Alta HR not syncing with Samsung Galaxy J3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit Alta HR suddenly doesn't want to synchronize with my devise (Samsung Galaxy J3).  I tried to restart my phone, restart bluetooth, restart fitbit, remove it from application… nothing helped :(. Do you have please any other idea what could help? I know that this phone isn't supported but so far everything was ok and it worked.

Thanks a lot.

Hi there @Barushinka, nice to see you in the Fitbit Community! I saw your Alta HR is not syncing with your Galaxy J3. Note that the fact your phone is not compatible is not an statement that your tracker won't work at all. However is prone these type of issues start to happen from time to time.

I was reading you have tried different troubleshooting steps to address this issue. So, as a matter of review I would like to share the following thread: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this), to review if there is something additional you can try.

Additionally, try these other steps: log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
