Hi there @mrolleri it is nice to see new faces in the Fitbit Community! At the moment the latest addition is the Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+. When a device is not listed as compatible it means is under test or it will not support the Fitbit app. However even us as moderators, do not possess this information of when a device is going to be listed as compatible. This with the intention to not create false expectation in case a devices is determined will not support the Fitbit tracker.
I suggest setting up and syncing via a device listed as supported or using a computer in case you are experiencing issues whit your mobile phone.
Also rest assure our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates!
