Fitbit Alta will no longer sync to my phone

This has just happened. Had no issues with it in the beginning.

I have tried re syncing it and i have updated fitbit on my phone and nothing will sync my fit bit it just keeps saying it is syncing but nope.

If your tracker refuse to sync with your mobile device, please try with the steps of this post: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
