Hi I'm trying to set up my daughter's for bit on her phone. Which is a Samsung j3 but it is coming up with the message sorry you are ineligible for a fitbit account at this time. Does anyone know why I'm having this problem? Thank you

@Kyra86, is your daughter under 13 years old?  That is a cause for that message.
