A new release from 3.37.1 released 29 January 2021.

Why did 3.39.1 show as released 28 January, preceding the current older release?

Is it so new that no one has installed it, and the release date has just been corrected?

What happened to the releases in between?

What has been fixed and what known errors are there in this release?

Has anyone installed this release without problems appearing?

@Giampi71  that's what shows in the play store now, as indicated in the title.

Have you installed it, are there any problems?

No problem but actually I didn't have any problem as well with earlier release.

After the previous update it went all bad, devices not syncing, and basically dead/useless without syncing. The current update hasn't resolved the issue. No solution so far, other than going to the Interwebs and download not-so-official but older working version.

My suggestion is if your app is working fine and syncing don't even think of updating it for a time being. Fitbit is a mess at the moment, incapable of sorting things out for months. Sad to state that but 🤷‍

There's even 3.39.2 already. Still useless, syncing is still dead.

Took the plunge to 3.39.2 on Android - so far so good.

Samsung s9+, Versa and Sense

Samsung S8, Versa 2 [not the latest firmware]

No signs of any new issues, any outstanding issues, such as with the Sense Heart rate and poor vibrate remain.

@Blazhevic  Thanks for the info.

Your Versa 2 syncing issues are probably not specific to the Fitbit App version, more likely a setup problem with watch and phone, or watch firmware issue as mentioned in your other post.
