Fitbit App does not have Set up a device option!

My Fitbit app does not have the Set up a Device option as described in all the documentation and YouTube videos I see. My Account tab is as follows:

9e9276b1-81b1-4b02-a49c-9879643586c4.jfif

How do I pair with my Inspire HR which I have erased its data from the device?

Hi, @K.Kong welcome to the community, Inspire HR is a legacy device, note that you need to check Fitbit Supported Devices to ensure your phone is using an acceptable OS (You do not mention the make, model or OS of your phone) If your phone does not have a new enough OS you will not be able to update to the current Fitbit app. Assuming you have updated your Fitbit app you can reach replace with Inspire HR as follows. From the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app touch the icon in the top left corner>add more devices>swipe up to & touch Inspire HR. Check your phone Bluetooth is on and your Inspire HR is charging. Follow the instructions.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Gr4ndp4, thank you. I have a very modern Samsung Galaxy A54 and the Fitbit app is the latest available from Play Store.

I see that touching top left, instead of Accounts, is now the new way to get to device management. Now it seems my Inspire HR is faulty as it is not responding to sync.

And it seems the Fitbit app, though there is an Inspire HR device in the list that can be added, won't allow the Inspire HR to be added. It simply refuses to proceed beyond the T&C's page. Is this how Google indicates when a device is not supported?

Hi, @K.Kong, thanks for your feedback, I mentioned the "Fitbit app" issue on the suspicion you not only had a legacy "Fitbit" but also a legacy phone. With your Samsung Galaxy A54, you are in a great position. I'm not familiar with Inspire HR but you may find community members who are at  Other Inspire Trackers - Fitbit Community  Without knowing how long you've had your Inspire HR I note it is a sad fact that all small wearables have a limited lifespan dictated by the number of battery charge & discharge cycles. As an initial suggestion I suggest you check your Phone's BT is on and that your InspireHR is fully charged and on a "Live" USB socket.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

@K.Kong if you use any screen or font magnification (or accessibility features) then reset it. Possibly, you can't go past T&C because it doesn't fit the screen of the font is too big (I have seen that before and had similar issue in the past).
