Fitbit App doesn't show exercise info for time in heart rate zones after a walk

I use a Fitbit Charge 3 with my Samsung Note 10 and the Fitbit app on it.  After I record a walk, data shows up for 5 of the walk parameters, but not for exercise in heart rate zones (minutes).  How can I get this data to display?

@seibron Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your missing heart rate data. How are you recording these activities? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your account. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I look forward to your reply.

There are 2 screenshots above.  Normally, I begin logging my walks by touching the little clock icon to the right of "5 of 5 days" in the first shot.  This starts the clock and GPS tracking of my route.  When I do this, I get bar graphs of each of the six tracking parameters by swiping left and right at the end of the walk.  But, as shown for all of the days except the last in the 2nd screenshot, there is no bar graph for heart rate zones.

The heart rate bar that shows resulted when I just began walking, without using the little clock to begin recording.  Apparently, after 10 minutes of walking it began recording the walk as exercise.  For this walk, I got heart rate info, but no GPS route tracking.

How can I get heart rate bars when I begin my walk with the little clock and GPS tracking?  Closing and resetting the app and restarting the phone have no effect.
