Hello,
my Fitbit app doesn't sync data with my Fitbit Inspire 3 anymore after the app telling me I can move the data over to Google (which I did).
What can I do for the app to sync my data again?
Thanks!

Hello & welcome @consettaj ,
Over the last few days, many users have had issues with their Fitbits and the app, especially those who switched their login from Fitbit to Google. Google server(s) were identified to be the source of the problem. Apparently the problem was fixed in the last day or two.
Please let us know if your problem has been resolved or if you are still having issues logging into the Fitbit app on your phone.

Well it worked for me until I moved my account to Google.
In the meantime I was able to log in with Google after disabling Wi-Fi on my phone. Maybe that's working for you too. Fingers crossed!
My Charge 5 quit working last night but another user pointed out it worked if you turned-off wi-fi and use cellular data instead. Mine works with wi-fi today, unless I need to look-up a new food for the nutrition, then I still have to use cellular to get that data.
I've seen sync problems today, yesterday I was on the east coast of the US and flew back to the central time zone, yesterday I had seen my water tracking showing abut 55 oz before I arrived in the central time zone. Now it says that I didn't drink anything (it's showing 0 oz) yesterday.
Best AnswerAfter literally spending like 2 hours trying to figure this out (uninstalling and reinstalling, removing from Bluetooth and trying to repair, etc) I came across this thread and y'all saved me. Turning off wifi fixed all my problems! Thank you so much.
My Charge 5 is back to DOA when using wi-fi again, but works fine when I turn the wi-fi off and use cellular data.
Best AnswerI cannot log into the app on my phone. I switched my account to Google a couple of days ago. I can login to the website fine.

Hello & welcome @Ronnilk
Sorry to see you're having problems syncing your Luxe.
Although the issues with the Google server(s) was fixed last week, I suspect the fix was probably not 100% and they were probably still working on stabilizing everything. I've seen recent user posts reporting sync issues on both Android and Apple devices. Thankfully, they later report that their Fitbits are back to working normally. Hopefully, this will be the same for you.
In case your sync issues are not related to the Google server problems, you can try the troubleshooting steps on this page: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I migrated to Google and now I can login to the website when I "Use Google" but with the App *Android I use my google username and password bit it does not recognize them. There is no option to use Google as on the website. Please fix this and advise
