Fitbit App doesn't update certain stats

My Android app does not load the heart rate tile when I click it and doesn't sync calories burned in the food section.

@Bearbrook Nice to see you again in the forums. Thanks for your post about the Fitbit app and the stats that are not updating. 

What is shown when you tap on the heart rate tile? Does it show a spinning circle? Or is it just blank? What about the calories? You mean that after an exercise the calories will not be updated on the food section? You mean the diagramm that compared calorie intake and calories burned? If you could add some screenshots, that would be helpful. Please make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date. Thanks in advance.
