Hi,  when I try to look at the Fitbit app on my phone, it appears briefly and then crashes. Is there a problem or anything I need to do to sort it out?

@Norma06 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

Let's try the following: 

- Clear the app cache 
- Restart your phone 
- Log back in and monitor its functionality
