No date option coming in any drop down to.log yesterday's calories in charge 5..kindly help

@UshmaT Welcome to the forums. Good day to you. I will gladly help you about the calorie log on the Fitbit app. I assume you mean logging food intake, right? I just tried a food entry on my app and I received the date option at the end of the log details. Would you be so kind to send me a screenshot of what you see on the app? Thanks in advance. Try clearing the Fitbit app's cache memory. Log back in and check again. Thanks in advance!

I have a Versa 3.  Android app wouldn't communicate with Versa post upgrade.  It picked up some steps but no sleep or bio... and I couldnt log anything.   I finally reinstalled app.  Now I have reinstalled it 3 times and app will not let me log in. It will not let me reset a password.  Clearly, I can log in here... so y'all know I exist.  The app just... won't work.  This honestly is a cluster.
