On both my andriod devices; samsung galaxy tab4 and samsung galaxy s6 the fitbit app wont let me log in. The app says fitbit.com is down. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've turned off the wireless, bluetooth, etc and restarted the phone reinstalled app and the same thing happened. Can anyone help??20160315_114104.jpg

Welcome on board @mystery2decor, hope you're doing great! Go to the settings on your phone. Settings>Security>Trusted credential>system>.  Turn on any credentials that do not have the box checked or if you know which credential is associated with the app make sure that certificate is activated.

Give it a shot and let me know if this works!

All the credentials are turned on. I've been able to sign in but now it wont sync and neither will my fitbit scale.

Hey you @mystery2decor, thanks for stopping by Woman Very Happy! I'd recommend following the steps listed in the I can't sync my tracker article.

Hope this works!

I've read the articles, they didn't help. If I connect the fitbit to the computer through the charger, can it be synced that way?

You should be able to sync your tracker though the computer, but the charging cable won't work, you need to use the USB Dongle in order to sync with the computer @mystery2decor
