Hi @anatoly.sakhno - if perhaps you travelled or in any case, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and toggle Off/On the automatic time zone and sync.

It may also require restarting the watch and phone to get a good sync

If the phone is showing correct time and the watch won't adapt, go back to the app settings and turn off automatic time zone and set the time zone manually and follow the above sync procedure.

As I mentioned, I fixed the problem by selecting Istanbul time zone. It is a bug in application: If you select Kyiv time zone in the Fitbit application today, device  will be switched to GMT, not GMT +03:00.

@anatoly.sakhno- it may depend on the phone and app version.

With app version 3.82 on an iPhone it is behaving very strangely.

Selecting Kyiv switches to Kiev and GMT, or may not switch at all. However on my Android 3.51.1 it works just fine.

There have been other time zone issues related to summer time for Mexico and Iran also. So Fitbit may be working on this. I will raise it as a current error. Thanks for reporting it.

@Guy_ Thanks for your input.

@anatoly.sakhno Welcome to the forums. Thanks for your post about the time zone for Kyiv. Did it change by itself on June 2nd that you had to select the other time zone? What did trigger the change? Seems you have found the workaround. Let us see if other users experience the same. The situation will monitored, thanks again! Make sure to keep your app updated and see if anything changes with the next app update.

My mother noticed that time on her Fitbit inspire 2 went out of sync on that day. I found the same on my inspire 3. I have fixed the issue on both trackers by disabling automatic timezone and selecting Istanbul in app.
We did not have any issues with auto timezones before that day.

@RodrigoMFitbit "|We will continue monioring the situation" - that doesn't sound like "we will fix it"... "Monitoring" doesn't solve the problem.

@t.parker Hello there. Thanks for your input and reaching out about this. Hope you are having a good day.

Are you also experiencing this situation? If so, please confirm. I hope you understand that I am solely a moderator of this community. I handle and moderate posts and report situations presented here. I do not take part on the app developtment. Therefore I will not go ahead and say this will be fixed immediately, when I do not have that information. I appreciate your feedback and patience.

For those that are experiencing this situation, please be so kind to let me know the version of the Fitbit app you have currently installed. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture. Scroll all the way down and tap on "help and support". There you will find details about the app. Thanks in advance.

@RodrigoMFitbit edit: I deleted a bunch of text as I replied thinking of another thread, ignore it.

On this thread, I don't experience this issue as I am in different timezones but my experience as a Fitbit user is telling me that users who use that timezone shouldn't hold their breath waiting for a fix (like Iranian users who still wait for their timezone fix).

@t.parker Thank you for your input and feedback. Okay, so you are not experiencing this situation yourself. Noted.

That is honestly out of my control and I have gone and proceeded as far as I can. As soon as I get more information, I will get back to this thread. I hope you understand. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Fortunately there is a workaround to get the correct time on the device as mentioned above. Thanks again for your opinion.
