I'm trying to set up my fitbit and the app won't allow me to "agree" to the stress management portion. The "I agree" button is grayed out.

@Emtgirl28 @Aliarlie Welcome to the forums! I will gladly help you regarding the stress management on the Fitbit app.

Please be so kind to try this out. Try using two fingers to scroll down, even though the entire content fills the screen. I have seen across several pages and services where agreements you can accept only after "fully" reading it, which means getting to the bottom of the agreement. Let me know if that works.

Scroll to bottom to at least pretend you have read what you are agreeing to.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@JohnnyRow Thanks for pointing that out. Indeed. That worked for me. The button was initially greyed out and after I scrolled down to the bottom, I was able to tap on "agree".

@Jgal1530 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the stress management score. Please excuse the delayed response. How did it go? Did it work after @JohnnyRow´s suggestion? If it is still not working, please let me have your smartphone model and app version. The version of the app you find by tapping on your profile picture and then tapping on "help and support". Details of the app will be displayed at the top.

Have a nice day!

I am having this same problem. But it will not let me scroll down. To agree.

Having same issue but I can't scroll down to the bottom of the screen. The entire content fits on the one  screen so there is no need to scroll down. "Accept" box remains grayed out
