Fitbit App won't open

Flex 2 is paired to my phone but the app will not open. I have tried installing and uninstalling and pairing and unpairing the flex 2 but nothing is working. Help!

Did you try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone and then reinstalling the app? That is the sequence that seems to work.

 

Edited to add - What phone do you have? Is it on the Compatable Devices list?
