Fitbit Blaze wont sync and stopped counting steps

I have had my Blaze now for about 6 months and was extremely happy with it but recently it has stopped syncing with my phone and also stopped counting steps.  I have tried to turn it off an on again several times.  I am really disappointed as I have spent a lot of money on this and also on the various frames and straps.  Can you please advise what I can do to resolve this issue.

It's great to see you around @SmallWonder83. Regarding the steps, I recommend restarting your Blaze. Now, about the syncing, please follow our syncing troubleshoot. If these steps don't work, feel free to get in touch with our support team. For a faster response you can contact them via phone or chat.

Thanks for the quick response but I have already taken this action numerous times and there has been no improvement.
