Fitbit Charge 2 Not Displaying Phone Notfiications

My app doesn't have the options to display my phone's calls, texts and calender updates on my watch. I have enabled all permissions for the app. Any ideas please?

From phone dashboards, click Account icon near top right, then 'Charge 2', 'Notifications'. That's place to turn those on and off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yeah I have notifications on thank you. All permissions activated. It's a mystery to me

If the app permissions are looking ok it might be that your Charge 2 has been accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
