Fitbit Charge 2: Text notification not working on MIUI

Hi ,

I recently bought Fitbit Charge 2.

I am not able to set up text notification on my Xiaomi MI3 device running on Android 6.01 and MIUI 8 (global 7.6.8 Beta).

Call notification works perfectly fine.

Could someone please help.

In this case I'd like to recommend that we try to restart the notifications once again. To do so please follow these steps:

1. Go into your Bluetooth settings.
2. Look for your Charge 2 and delete it from the list of paired devices.
3. Set up the notifications once again.

In the meantime, I'd like to ask you if you have received any error message and when did the issue first begin.

Hi,

I have already tried to restart the notifications and the steps you mentioned. Still the same issue.

And this is happening since day 1(06/29/2017). The text message notification never worked.

Thanks for letting me know that you have tried the steps I mentioned. Would it be possible for you to try and set up notifications with another mobile device? That way we could see if the issue has to do with the mobile device or the tracker itself.
