Fitbit Charge 2 does not track high pulse rates

 When I use the treadmill at the gym the treadmill, and my oxipulse meter, consistently shows my heart rate between 135 and 145 for about 20 minutes. But my Charge 2 usually shows my heart rate at those times between 125 and 130.

 

Is there a way to fix this problem or it is a Fitbit software problem?
