Bought my wife a LG phone only to find out that it's not on the compatibility list. Had to spend an extra $80 to get her a phone on the list, an S7 only to have the same issue of it not able to connect. Get to the point of the Charge 2 showing the pin number, entering it on the phone only for it to stall out. Tried on a computer with windows 10 as well and get the same thing. I've spent hours now trying to get this to work. Will NEVER buy a fit bit again after this madness.

@svarvel A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your wife's Galaxy S7 phone. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. After this retry the setup.
Let me know how it goes!

We tried this, we also spoke with customer service and were unable to get this Fitbit to connect to the phone. This is extremely unfortunate especially since I spent more money on her phone then I needed to just so it was compatible with your device. This unit was a warranty replacement and was considered out of warranty by the time we tried to hook it up. All that was offered was 25% off another device which is ridiculous considering this experience. VERY VERY unhappy with your product at this time. Will not use Fitbit again.

I have a samsung s7 and it pairs with my charge 2 and it's on the approved phone list. Do you possibly have a software update to do? Sometimes new phones come needed one. Just an idea.
