Hello @Krisdminers, Its nice to see you again in the Fitbit Community. I'm wondering which type of issues you are experiencing? Is specifically with your Charge HR or is related to the Fitbit app too? are you having troubles to sync your tracker?
I'm asking this in order to have a better approach to help you and relocate your post to the correct board in case of being necessary.
