Fitbit Charge needs to be charged every 12 hours

Hello Fitbit Community!

I have had my Fitbit Charge since the end of February this year, and I have been delighted with it.

However, for the past 6 weeks it's performance has radically become radically impaired. I used to have to charge it up between every six or seven days. Now I have to charge it up every day - sometimes twice a day.

I have read previous posts and followed the advice regarding cleaning it with a toothpick and then some rubbing alcohol. I have reset it and it continues to lose power!

I am at a loss of what else to do. As you all know, Fitbits are not cheap so I am seriously considering going to another brand when I can afford to replace this one.

Does anyone have any other suggestions on what I can try next?

Thank you.
