I previously had a Samsung galaxy J5 which I was told was not compatible with my fitbit flex2, now I have got a Samsung galaxy S6 which I have checked and is compatible. I have installed the fitbit to my phone and it is still not registering my steps and fails to sync also there is female health which I would not need I am 70!! but would like the sleep pattern back on. Thankyou

Hi @cathyalex

Try setting up as a new (replacement) device on the new phone. click for directions

When you're on the dashboard, click to edit and you can remove the female health tracking tile and rearrange any you wish to view.

Sometimes when you get a new phone, you just have to adjust a few things. Let us know how things go for you.
