Fitbit Labs prompt will not GO AWAY

In the same space as the cardio target for the day, there is now a box that says:

Fitbit Labs

Ready to upload your first lab report?

Get a simple summary of your lab report. If you're not not ready, please share why in the survey.

Get started

If I tap on "Get started", I am taken to a screen where I can scroll down and choose "No thanks" or "Agree & Continue".  If I choose "No thanks", I never get a survey, it just closes, and the notification box never ever goes away.

It has been like this for a couple of days now. I don't want to participate in Fitbit Labs. I have turned off Fitbit Labs in my setting. Why is this box not going away??? I am tired of scrolling past it.

@ncwineboy Thanks, you are right. And I'm beginning to believe that what we want as users is not a major interest, at least in giving us what we want. It is disappointing.

Now they have a take survey link but no survey. it takes you to the same freaking page. What is the happening to Google. Are they this desperate. The quality of the app and the watch itself is declining at Microsoft speed. you guys cannot pull Microsoft. you will be shown to the Oblivion. I never did business with those **ahem** but now you guys are turning into that.

Not only will the lab icon not go away, no matter what I do, a second lab
icon is now on my app. What part of MAKE THESE OPTIONAL is not understood?
I am beyond frustrated!!

I have that second one too, even though I turned off all notifications for
fitbit labs. It is very frustrating. They tell me they are working on a
fix, but nothing ever gets fixed.
