My issue started with the firmware update for the One. I couldn't get it to download the firmware update on my phone, Samsung tablet or desktop computer. At work, I read a post that said I could unpair my phone and/or reinstall the app. Then I should be able to download the firmware update. So I removed my One from the app and then the app couldn't find it. So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It connected to my One and provided me with a code. However after I entered the code, it couldn't find my One again. So, I guess the first step is getting my One paired with my phone and then trying to deal with the firmware issue on all my devices. Any suggestions?

Hi there @MGeisterPottery, good to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community! This process is a bit delicate ad it may happen this scenario you are experiencing.
I'm wondering if you have tried any additional troubleshooting step on your own? One of the recommendations I can share with you to resolve this issues is to try these steps:
Something useful to try before the last step is to add this workaround:
Log out from your Fitbit app and go to your phone settings. Access to the App manager option and look for the Fitbit app in your downloaded apps list. Once you are there, clear the app cache and data and proceed to "Force Stop" the app. Finish the workaround by restarting your phone. When your phone has initialized, go back to your app and try again.
Hope this helps. See you later!
