Hi @jendonaldson14, welcome to the Forums! Were you able to sync your One with your Android phone? If not yet, let me suggest you something else, besides the steps that my friend @SteveH posted, and the ones you already tried. So please turn off the bluetooth on your phone, then reboot your phone and then turn on the bluetooth again. Then please try sync.
