Fitbit One

I just found out that my Fitbit One will not pair with my Moto G7 phone.  Does anyone else have that issue? How do I get the phone on the list for compatibility? I have been a fitbit user since 2011, long time!

I note that your phone is not on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices but that just means it hasn't been successfully tested by fitbit. Not being on the list could just mean it hasn't been tested so may or may not work. I have the Moto G4 Play which is not on the list and is working fine. So, I think it's worth trying the standard fixes for connecting / syncing issues:

• restart phone
• restart fitbit using this procedure: Help article: How do I restart my tracker?
• restart fitbit a few more times (it doesn't always work)
• "forget" the fitbit in the phone's bluetooth settings
• go through fitbit's troubleshooting guide at: Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

It's nice to see that the fitbit One is still being used. It was my first fitbit in 2013 and remains one of my favourites.

Thanks for the info Steve. I have tried, and retried everything to no avail.  It doesn't even show up in my bluetooth list, it just keeps looking and never finds it. I am adding the request to the forum so hopefully it works.  I love my One and have had one since 2011.  It works just fine so I can't see upgrading until it dies, and when it dies, and if I upgrade, I sill wont have the mobile app to work with a new model.

My G7 is now syncing fine with my One.
