Fitbit, Pixel watch 1 and Google Fit all have different step and calorie counts

My Google Pixel watch, fitbit app, and Google fit all have different step and calorie counts when Health Connect says they should be syncing. I tried changing priority order, clearing cache, etc. Nothing works.
