Fitbit shows current time with the time change, BUT all app platforms are showing an hr ahead. Reboot, etc...etc.. yada yada yada nothing helps.

I'd like you to confirm that the timezone has been properly changed in your watch, follow the procedure in this article. If you're still experiencing difficulties, let me know which apps are showing an hour ahead, is it the apps from the App Gallery?
